| // Leysin in the Swiss Alps (1200 m)
Located at 1263m above sea level in the French-speaking Swiss Alps, Leysin enjoys an extraordinary amount of sunshine, which helped to make its name from the start. A popular tourist destination for more than a century, Leysin has changed with the times and still remains attractive. Today, the mountain resort has developed a major infrastructure that allows its visitors to take part in a wide range of sporting and cultural activities throughout the seasons. Only 30 minutes from the Lake Geneva, it is a special area where you can take advantage of both the mountains and the Swiss Riviera. |

// How to get to the course centre
By plane
Leysin is close to the international airports of Geneva (Switzerland). You can book the personal ESL pick-up service offered by ESL staff, which includes the transfer to the course centre.
By car
Parents wishing to drive their children to the site are more than welcome to do so. A leaflet giving full details and a map, plus contact numbers will be given if necessary.
By train
You can book the ESL pick-up service from the train station Leysin-Feydey. As with the airport, ESL staff will welcome you and take you to your course site.
By Bus
ESL organises its own bus transfer service departing from the main cities of German-speaking Switzerland. This service gives our students the opportunity to get to know each other before arriving at our school. |
